1324: Informative message. 25 litre drum of unknown chemical is lying upturned and leaking into water course. Attempts being made to seal road drains using environmental grab pack. Two Chemical protection suit wearers being deployed.
1335: 25litre drum leaking a creamy brown liquid. First indications show Hydrochloric.
1340: Product name is Hydroxyachtic, corrosive.
1355: Chemical protection suit wearers being de contaminated.
1433: Stop message. ALP being used to wash spillage from flat roof of Attinborough House and affected pavement area. Washing into street drains with copius amounts of water.
